What if I need to cancel my reservation?

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.
What types of trailers do you offer?

We rent out high-quality disposal trailers ideal for residential cleanouts, construction debris, yard waste, and small-scale hauling projects.
Is a security deposit required?

No. We do not require a security deposit.
How do I book a rental with Ricky’s Rentals?

Booking is easy! Just choose your vehicle, select your rental dates, provide your driver’s license and payment info, and confirm your reservation—all online or by phone.
How old do I have to be to rent a trailer?

The minimum age to rent is 18.
Are there weight limits?

Yes, each trailer has a maximum weight limit. If you exceed it, additional fees may apply. We’ll help you choose the right trailer for your needs.
What documents do I need to rent a trailer?

All we need is payment and a photo of your Id once we deliver.
Do I need a special license to rent or tow a trailer?

Not at all—if you’re towing the trailer yourself, a standard driver’s license is enough. Or let us handle drop-off and pickup for you!
Can I rent without a credit card?

Yes, we accept debit cards, cash, and checks, but additional verification may be required. Contact us for details.
Do you deliver the trailer to my location?

Yes! We offer convenient trailer drop-off and pickup at your location. Delivery fees may apply depending on your distance from our base exceeding 50 miles.
